Shelter Outreach Program 

The Shelter Outreach Program provides basic and essential clothing and personal hygiene items to assist women and their children who are victims of domestic violence in Whatcom County through Women Care Shelter. Also available for the victims are vouchers to allow them to pick out needed items directly from our Thrift Shop.

Shelter Outreach Service came to the aid of approximately 92 women and children in crisis during the past year with emergency clothing, toiletries, toys and other special needs such as strollers, bus passes, and gas cards given to WomenCare Shelter. Some of the suitcases donated to our Thrift Shop we donate to the Shelter.
